Spotlessly clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is wonderful right in the historical district of Napoli. The rooms are tidy with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. Private bathroom is good. The venue staff is amicable and kind.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It was right next to the city center, which made it easy for me to explore all the attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. I had a restful sleep every night, which was important for me after a long day of sightseeing. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel!

The hotel had a good location, close to public transport and shops. the room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. we were given keys to access different areas of the hotel which made us feel safe.

The stairs were very steep which made it difficult for us to carry our heavy luggage to our room. the breakfast provided wasn't very substantial and didn't suit our needs.

Spent my Easter at a cozy and authentic accommodation offered in the old part of Naples. Loved feeling like a local during my stay and being close to local shops and cafes. The staff was friendly, informative and provided an excellent in-house breakfast service. The room was clean, comfortable, with ample space available, and had an enlightening spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom.

The loft staircase may be tight and tricky to maneuver for people with mobility issues or carrying heavy luggage. The entrance to the accommodation was through an alleyway that seemed to make the premises feel unsafe.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out and even changing the towels after just one day.
